For Schools
A Trusted Partner for Schools

WHO WE PARTNER WITH
Partnering with Chicago Public Schools
For more than 20 years, Urban Initiatives has partnered with Chicago Public Schools to strengthen school communities through the power of play. We work alongside school administrators and educators to deliver programs and services where students build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop the skills that support success in school and beyond.
As the needs of schools have evolved, so has our work. Today, we partner with schools through youth programs, adult learning, family engagement, and youth leadership experiences that align with district priorities while supporting the unique strengths and goals of each school community.
We believe lasting impact comes through partnership. When schools, families, and community organizations work together, young people are surrounded by caring adults, opportunity, and the support they need to succeed.

Our programs and services complement the work schools are already leading by strengthening student engagement, school culture, and social-emotional learning.
